When and where is the wedding?

What time should guests arrive?

Please arrive by 5:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.

Is everything at one location?

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place on the same property.

What events are happening that weekend?

Friday: Beach BBQ at our home in Jacksonville Beach (casual welcome night)
Saturday: Casual group meeting at Cortesse's Bistro
Sunday: Wedding ceremony & reception

Which airport should I fly into?

The closest airport is Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), about an hour’s drive north of St. Augustine.

Options for transportation?

Uber / Lyft: Reliable and widely available throughout St. Augustine. Easiest for guests downtown or near the beach.
Old Town Trolley Tours: Hop-on, hop-off service. Stop #1 is right at the venue entrance.
STAR Circulator: Free city shuttle looping downtown every 15–20 minutes.
Taxis & Private Car Services: Local options like Gator Taxi and St. Augustine Black Car Service available for pre-scheduling.
Parking: Free parking is available onsite at the Fountain of Youth lot.

What’s the dress code?

Garden formal / cocktail attire — light, flowy, and comfortable. Think eclectic garden party: florals, layered textures, vintage-inspired pieces, soft pastels, earthy hues, or rich tones. Please avoid white, ivory, or cream.

What will the weather be like?

Expect mild spring weather — around mid-70s°F during the day and mid-60s°F in the evening.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! We kindly ask that parents step outside with little ones if they become upset during the ceremony so everyone can enjoy the moment.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Yes, the ceremony will take place outdoors in the gardens. Please dress comfortably and consider bringing a light wrap for the evening breeze.

What happens if it rains?

Don’t worry — we have a beautiful covered backup space in the Magnolia Room, so the celebration continues rain or shine.

What kind of food will be served?

We will be having an ecelectic menu including charcuteire, pizza, Please list any dietary needs on your RSVP.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes — we’ll have wine, beer, and signature cocktails throughout the night.

What’s the evening schedule?

5:30 PM – Guest arrival
6:00 PM – Ceremony
6:30 PM – Cocktail hour

8:30 PM – Dancing
9:45 PM – Send-off

How long will the evening last?

The event ends at 10:00 PM, with an optional after-party at The White Lion starting around 10:30 PM.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony — please keep phones away until after the entire ceremony. Then snap away and celebrate with us!

Where should guests stay?

Hotels and Airbnbs near downtown St. Augustine are all within 10 minutes of the venue. We are staying at the Bayfront Marin.

Is there parking?

Yes — free parking is available inside the Fountain of Youth lot.

Do you have a registry?

We don't have a registry but a honeymoon fund on our website. We’ll also have a card box at the reception.

Can I bring a plus one?

Only guests listed on your invitation are included, but if you have any questions, please reach out.

Arrive, settle in, and explore

We’ll be arriving in St. Augustine on Saturday and getting settled. Feel free to explore the city at your own pace — wander St. George Street, grab a drink or ice cream, and enjoy the town.

Welcome dinner at Cortesse’s

We’ll meet for a relaxed dinner before the wedding. Timing is flexible, but plan on roughly 6–9 PM.
